Our signature program FTS "Functional Training System" encompasses balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and endurance components in a harmonized manner aiming to achieve overall Functional Strength. Our ladies' programs are influenced by body toning and anti ageing techniques. Our gentlemen's programs focus on cardio and endocrine health, functional strength as well as looks. Kids programs take a variety of aspects like weight management, physical activity enhancement, and sports specific training.
